Filtering Blog By Category and tag using Taxonomy

Hi,

I just wonder on how to filter blogs post using fluent api ,filtered by category and tag using taxonomy ? I need a sample code. My scenario is : i had "Publication" blogs which contains hundreds of blog post, each post could contain many categories and tags example : sciences,medical experiments for categories and Human genome for tag. Could you give me an example of fluent api to retrieve and filter the blogs based on those ?
