I am using Sitefinity 3.7 SP4

I get an error when I click on the "Administraion" tab in the admin area of Sitefinity.
I have attached the error message I get.

Hi Martin,

Do you have custom search provider on your website? From the stack trace I can clearly see that the system is trying to access the search module. Can you please try the following:

 -  Open App_Data/Search and from there delete the index directories.

 - Then open your database and remove all records related to your index from

  •  1. sf_Search_ClientSettings
  • 2. sf_Search_IndexignClient
  • 3. sf_Search_IndexignService
You can try and go to Administration panel. If you have access to it, you can try and recreate your index.
