Uploading user controls to toolbox - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

In Sitefinity v. 3.7x, I was able to upload User Controls to the Toolbox. However, I have not seen the ability to upload my User Controls in Sitefinity v. 4.x including the most recent release of Sitefinity v. 4.1 SP3.

Is there still a way to upload user controls to the toolbox or has this become an entirely manual process now?

Hi Samir Vaidya,

In 4.x the user controls need to be build in Visual Studio and then registered in the system either by adding them to the toolboxes.config or using the UI - Toolboxes - Page controls - Sections. The approach used in 3.x is not applicable in Sitefinity 4.x.
