Up action does not re-order correctly in List - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

When I click on the Up action in a List, rather than simply moving my existing List Item up in the hierarchy by one element, the List demonstrates some strange behavior in the re-ordering.

Instead, the elements are re-ordered in a manner I do not quite understand, nor can I figure out the standard pattern for the behavior.

This problem should be fixed for the official release scheduled in the middle of August 2011.
