Multiple Library Providers breaks Document Manager - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

After upgrading to 4.2 I am still having library provider permission issues.

For example, when trying to access the Document manager while editing a page the user cannot access the documents he has permissions to see. It seems like sitefinity only allows the OpenAccessDataProvider provider in the document selection dialogues.

There are files in the libraries, the logged in user only has permissions to view a new provider I created, but the user does not have access to these files through the document manager.
