Could somebody please send me a sample Projects.xml file?

Hi,

I read some threads about upgrading from 4.1 to 4.2, where the project.xml is missing in the v4.2 folder, making project upgrades a problem.
I uninstalled v4.1 shortly after installing 4.1, but sadly before upgraded the single project I created. So, I have no project.xml. (except from v3.7)

Please send me a sample file, so I don't have to create a lab installation for this purpose.
