fancybox not working anymore after restore template

In the inline editor of  widget templates  the fancybox script  does not work anymore after restoring the template to default(product details ecommerce) as explained in below thread. Any help appreciated in how to workaround or recover

Hello Richard Van Der Helm,

 The problem is that our template builder is now stripping away the script tags (for security reasons), so you will have to add your scripts from an external file (for example you can use the JavaScript Widget to load any scripts you would like to use for the template).
