Project Manager XML

I dont think the manager should be storing the version #...here's why:

I have two PCs...both run different project managers, so both have two .xml files.  On my laptop I updated a site to 4.2 in the project manager (worked)

So now when I load the project manager on the desktop it's still showing that it was the PREVIOUS version, even though the site is now 4.2.  Removing the project and re-adding correctly put in the 4.2 version #.

Hi Steve,

We are looking at the version number in order to determine if the web site should be upgraded or not. I guess we should refresh the versions at some period or track the changes to the these projects. We'll figure it out :)
