Sitefinity Project Manager IOException - not enough space on the disk

When I open my project manager (4.3.1873.0) and click create a new project i get an unhandled exception error saying:  =>IOException   There is not enough space on the disk.

It won't let me add a new project.

I have over 7 gigs free on the disk in question.  What can I do?

Hello Robert,

It seems that the space provided is not enough for the system to function properly. Have you tried to create a new project where there are at least 10-15GB free space? Also make sure you have proper permissions over the folders and the drive. You can also clear the ASP.NET Temp folder form the sever if you can access it.

Please take a look at some of the posts that google suggests.
