Sitefinity 4.3 - News Module Single Item Setting does not have edit option
"Create new template" option is available.
I tried giving same name but it created one more template with same name.

I have attached an image

I think this option was available in Sitefinity 4.1

I am able to create new templates and it's not changing the name of the templates, however I also am unable to edit the template.

Just to note, the News Module Single Item Setting can also be edited from the Widget Templates page, by selecting Design/Widget Templates through the back office.
