...it only renames SOME things...mostly backend

Thank you for contacting us.

We have experienced this bug internally and we have logged it but I made it a PITS issue so that you can track its progress and vote for it to increase its priority.

However if your problem is not related to renaming content type name but the module's name please describe your issue in greater detail because we haven't experienced any problems with it and we would be glad to be aware if there are any.

I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
