Datasource null after postback

hi,

I have bind a datasource to a checkboxlist and when my user control post back to the server my checkboxlist datasource gets null and I found that its viewsate problem which is disabled for the page so I reinstall the module enabling its view state even though it is disable.

So can some one help me out in this.

 Can you elaborate a little more on the problem, because I am confused as to what the problem is exactly. You were talking about a user control firstly, and then you said something about reinstalling a custom module. Did you enable the Viewstate from the page's properties? Also, is there a chance that you could record a video with the problem, so I can get a better understanding of it? Thanks in advance.
