AdvancedUrlRewriter NullReferenceException - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

In Sitefinity 3.5, the below error occurs every few days. Once it starts happening, we continue to get the error on every page load until we recycle the app pool. Then, the site is fine. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Thanks.
