Trouble adding Twitter URL Shortening

I'm attempting to add bit.ly URL shortening to my Sitefinity 4.4 site; however, when I go to Basic Settings > Twitter, I do not see where I can input my bit.ly account information.  The attached screenshot shows that under the "URL Shortening" section, there is only a link to the Bit.ly site, not a place to input my account information.

Is there somewhere this can be input manually through the database or a config file?
