Downloadable Goods in SE without E-Commerce

It seems that in the adminstration menu the entry user files is shown even if you are on SE without E-commerce. Since if I click on it takes me to Downloadable goods I assume it has to to with E-commerce.

This should be hidden in SE.

I am glad it is logged. But it seems the bug is still here in 5.1!

Well maybe its more complex then I thought ;-)

Currently the status of the bug is 'Not Done'. I'll raise the priority of the bug and I'll forward it for fixing.
