FF 10.0.2 need to refresh to see save buttons - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Almost every time I open a page to edit in FF 10.0.2 I need to refresh tha page manually to see all buttons.

Anyone else has that problem. If not any idea why this could be?

I just checked and same in IE 9.
I am using my own master page but kept the default theme. No own theme.

It only happens when I want to change an existing page. New pages show the buttons immediately.

It seems the problem was cause by the RadScriptManager I had in my .master
I also had a ContentPlaceholder in the <head> tag (VS default when you create a .master) but removing this did not do the trick.

So if anyone has the same problem
a) remove the ContentPlaceholder in the <head> section
b1) remove the RadScriptManager or
b2) replace the RadScriptManager with the regular ScriptManager
