Or I'm confused as to how it works...

1) I have a page with content, said page is set to NoCache
2) That page also has a simple Usercontrol which lives in the webapproot
3) Changes to the .ascx are not instantly reflected on this page until I recycle the app pool

I can take a video of it, but I would expect when NoCache is set the page markup is reevaluated every time, no?

I can confirm this oddity. I brought it up before, but didn't get an answer.
