404 Error On Publish in Admin - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

I'm getting a 404 error in the when attempting to publish a page. It works locally but not on our staging server. The admin just shows a popup saying "Error" but in the console I see this:

NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://staging.mysite.com/mysite/Sitefinity/Services/Workflow/WorkflowService.svc/MessageWorkflow/07a5f324-ef54-4fb5-944f-43f20b2990b7/?itemType=Telerik.Sitefinity.Pages.Model.PageNode&workflowOperation=Publish

Something is probably misconfigured on the server or blocking the service. I can view staging.mysite.com/.../help . What should I do to dig deeper?

Forgot to mention I'm using Sitefinity Community 5.0
