On select Arrow have to down

Hi,

Can anyone please help me to solve this issue?? on mouse hover & select state arrow have to drop down like my screenshot. i can control arrow down on mouseover using CSS. But, on select its not working. Is it possible to control on jquery or sitefinity module??
