Video Thumbnail - swf file

Hi,
We r developing a project in Sitefinity 4.4.
We are uploading .flv file in videos and sitefinity 4.4 supports .wmv.
we are not able to upload the video thumnnail for the .flv videos.
is there any alternative for this.....
