Starting up database 'Sitefinity*'

Hi all,

Our Sitefinity sites constantly trigger database startups. The eventlogs are full of 'Starting up database 'Sitefinity***' messages. Can we modify this behaviour to keep the databases online at all times?
Auto Close is already set to false.
