Issues with migrating from 3.7 to 5.0 - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Hello,
We have a Website in Sitefinity 3.7, and want to migrate to Sitefinity 5.0.
For migration we followed the steps from www.sitefinity.com/.../migrating_sitefinity_3_to_4_deep_dive_preparation.aspx
Able to migrate up to the templates. For pages system is giving the error "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."
For reference attached the error screen shot.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
