Create New User bug - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Ran into an error with user creation. After filling in the information on the "Create New User" page, clicking "Create this user" results in the following error message being displayed:
Specified method is not supported.

We are currently using Sitefinity Version 3.7 SP4.

Could you send us your log files? The error logs may provide us with some additional information concerning the error you are receiving.
