Complaint from a content editor

(I did not see this happen, I just heard about the complaint)

This is what they told me...

They had two images (example names)

ImageDetail

The names were reversed, so ImageDetail should have been called just Image and visa versa.  So they updated ImageDetail to be just Image...then there was a big kerfuffle about trying to rename the other because they were the same image or something?

Is it loading the edit by Url not ID or something?  Could they have the same Url?
