5.1 Email Campaigns with Templates

I created a Campaign template and a Campaign, when I sent the email out there is no copy sent.  This happens when I use layouts or templates. 

When I set up a campaign rich text, the body copy/message does go out.  

Am I missing something?

Just in case someone else runs into this problem. 

I think just figure out the problem above:  I think it was related to the page publishing issue I had where there was no No Endpoint Listening. 

The domain on the dev server is not loaded into our DNS server yet, I added the domain to the host file as a work-around on the dev server: this fix the publishing problem and the Email template problem.
