Upgrade from 2800 to 3210 - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

I'm trying to upgrade a site from 2800 to 3210 and the Project Manager is not giving me the upgrade option. I know the rule is you can only upgrade two versions but I had always assumed a hotfix was not included. Can someone please shed some light on this for me?

Hello Mark,

When using the Project Manager application for upgrading your project, please make sure that you properly imported it in the application. After you have imported it, I would suggest to start it from the application to verify that it is running. Also I want to suggest to review our upgrade instructions from the documentation, because if the upgrade option is disabled the project is most likely not imported properly or the project manager is the same version as the actual project:
