Create a User screen broken after upgrade from 5.0 -> 5.1 - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Hi, After upgrading our project to 5.1 SP1 (from 5.0), the create a user screen is broken.

There are fields missing and others not aligned properly.

See screenshot attached.

A fresh install does not have this issue, only our upgraded project.

Hi,

I've just tried an upgrade of two instances of Sp1 to Sp2, but couldn't reproduce the problem. Do you have any custom membership providers?

We had(have) this same issue too, new project, had no real config on it. Published to the live server, issue didn't happen there, forgot about it until now, re-checked my local project...issue isn't happening anymore

@Stephen,

Actually the bug/problem occurred in your 5.1.3210 build, the upgrade just ported it over.
I've already dropped a broken build in Georgi's lap :)

We switched to clean v5.13270 and then published it...
