body background-image not longer shows

A tiled background image (using background-image) on the body tag no longer shows on our site.  The background flashes for a half second, then disappears.  It was working great before upgrading from 5.0 to 5.1.  Nothing about the site has changed since the upgrade.  Did something change about using background-image with the body tag in sitefinity?

Here is my code:

body
background-image: url("/images/default-album/lp-vision-background600.jpg?sfvrsn=0");
  background-repeat: repeat;
