5.1 SP1 Stylebuilder OK button missplaced when trying to change table properties

If you look at the screenshot you will see that the ok button is allways places at the same spot. Not moved down when you go to border and stuff.

Add Table
Rightclick cell properties
Sylebuilder - set borders

Happens in latest chrome und ff at least.
