File Structure top item automatically selected (Chrome)

We recently upgraded our site to 5.0 and I have noticed that in the File Structure section every time I select an item, the top item is automatically selected. In other words, if there are four folders as such:

css
docs
images
js

If I select 'js' in the file selector a check mark will show up next to both 'js' and 'css'. This is problematic because if a user goes in and wants to delete a file, they could end up deleting more than they mean to.
Example: In the attached image I clicked only on LoadBalancing and Analytics was selected automatically.
We are only running one site in Sitefinity 5, but this is happening in both the production and testing environments. This is happening in Chrome with the latest official build and has been happening as far back as I can remember (at least two months). This is not happening in IE or Firefox for me.
