Browse and Edit Logout link

When logged into Sitefinity as an administrator, and browsing the public website, I get a 'Log Out' link inserted as an in-line anchor, immediately following the body tag.

The anchor is not styled and displays at the top left-hand corner, which throws the rest of the page out its correct layout.

This impacts on the attractiveness of the BrowseAndEdit functionality, as it means the page doesn't look correct, right from the beginning.

Should this link actually be inside the BrowseAndEdit Menu (which is absolute positioned) so that it doesn't affect the page layout ?
