Errors while installing Sitefinity 5.1 Community Edition

Hi all, I'm unable to install Sitefinity 5.1 Community Edition due to some errors. I'm running Windows 8 RTM x64.

The following is an excerpt of the log:

The only thing that gets installed is the SDK. I can attach the full report if required. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Sitefinity support. Are you installing it from the zip file or from the MSI? Try installing Sitefinity using the msi installer, not just the project manager, and let me know if you have any further problems.

Hi Patrick, I have solved by running the installer with compatibility mode set for Windows 7. Thanks again.
