Google Chrome not applying SSL cert

On our Sitefinity website, we have a page that is checked as "Require SSL."  In Firefox and IE, this works as expected, with the https:// being applied when redirected to the page, or just typing in the address.  We're running into issue with the cert not being required/applied when connecting with Chrome.  General navigation to the page through links or through typing in the address (without the secure header) loads the unsecure version of the page.  I can type in the secure header and it works fine, so it's not a cert issue.  We've had multiple users experience this with Chrome.  I cannot make it load the unsecure page in FF or IE at all.  Any thoughts?

I've tried unchecking the "Require SSL" setting, applying, and then re-checking it.  There was no change to the behavior.
