Forum issues

Nearly all the deep links into forum posts from Google and other search engines are broken after the forum upgrade.  Even when searching within the forum itself the majority of the search result links are broken and just return me to the forum home page.  Did you guys forget to setup redirects for the old urls?

This is making the forum nearly useless.  Please fix it.
