ResourceLinks and CDN

I've read several forum posts and found the issue in PITS. I can't help my self from writing another forum post on the issue in loading javascripts in the right order. I found several posts on the loading order of javascripts in the ResourceLinks control. Loading the CDN scripts as last makes the CDN completely useless. Typically you want to load jQuery from CDN but you need it to load first, not last. I would say loading the scripts the other way around would make much more sense. First CDN, then embedded and lastly the static js files. But the ultimate solution would be to load them in the order as they are defined in the ResourceLinks control. A fix in the next version would be appreciated.

...5.3 is probably being planned right now and we need scripts (on a fundamental level) fixed :)
