FileLoadException occurs every time - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

Hi,
I am using the latest version of sitefinity i.e. 5.2 since 3 days, The problem is whenever i tried to open my sitefinity project it prompts with error message saying 'FileLoadException', However previously this happens only when i BUILD my solution in Visual Studio, but now it happens every time and to the top of it one more error occurs now..:(
I am attaching the screenshot of both the error messages, Please help me out

Hi,

Are you running your project from Sitefinity's manager or from Visual Studio? Also can you check in the bin folder of the project for the Telerik.Sitefinity.dll file and see its version? To do that Right-click the file, go to Properties and select the Details tab.
