Seeing "Lock request time out period exceeded" message while working on pages
We're seeing a number of "Lock request time out period exceeded" error messages while working on pages in sitefinity. We've been trying to narrow down a common denominator, but have been unsuccessful so far. We're using version 5.0.2523.0 Professional. As long as no one is working in sitefinity, the site runs smooth for the normal viewing traffic.
Are there any common things I can look at to try and track down what's causing this?

For this particular problem the most reliable solution is to upgrade to the newest version. You can do so by following the documentation:Upgrade. That is why I wish to encourage you to upgrade at your earliest convenience.
