Install Unhandled exception error

I've tried a few times now to download Sitefinity to my local computer and I can't get pass this exception error. I have a Windows 2008 PC with .Net & MS SQL 2008. The error message is below. Any help on what I need to do to proceed would be wonderful.

Unhandled exception
= > FileNotFoundException
Could not load file or assembly “Sitefinity, Version=
5.3.3900.0, Culture= neutral, PublicKey Token= b28...’ or one of its
dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Turned out to be a firewall issue.
