Editor role backend user cannot view Images and Document list page in Library

Administrator role works fine, but when Editor role users login and go to 'Content - Images (or Documents) and click a link of library name, Image (also Document) list page shows a empty page. If I switch these user's role fro editor to admin, page shows fine.

Here is error message from web browser console when the blank page shows:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'set_titleText': object is null or undefined

Hello Jae Hong,

This is a known issue with the system and the team is already working on fixing it. We have a PITS issue where you can track the progress. 

In order to overcome the problem please follow the instructions provided in this KB article.
