Form Prefix Bug
I have defined a prefix for my SF forms
So they're going in as "sf_forms_frm_<formname>"
No problems....unless the form name is long enough where it's being truncated!
So the problem is that OA is truncating the name WITH the prefix, not BEFORE the prefix...so this guy is sorted out of order in the DB

I discussed the problem with the OA team and most probably the reason comes from the fact that OA doesn't "know" about the prefix. It interprets the name of the table a data table name, so it trancates it all. I have logged a bug on the subject, which will be fixed for our future releases.
