Setting up the change password control

Hello,
I've setup the change password control on a page, and the user is properly being directed to it by clicking on a link in their email. But when the user enters a new password they get a message saying the username or/and Password incorrect. Length of 7 with 0 non-alphanumeric. The password matches and should work.

Issue was with activiation control. Accounts were not activiated therefore functionality does not work.

Would be nice if the errors for login included account not being activated. Or even the backend user list to display the user as not being activated.

Hello Richard,

This is the default behavior, for security reasons, the message does not indicate that the user is not activated yet. You can add a message on the login page the notifies the users that their account needs to be activated first.
