ClientLabelManager Renders empty span - Sitefinity - Bugs & Issues

1) The ClientLabelManager control is rendering a blank span on the page
2) It appears to be safe to Set ClientIdMode=Static on the Telerik.Sitefinity.Resources.Templates.PublicControls.BrowseAndEditPageMenu.ascx template. Not only is the markup drastically reduced, but you don't need the crazy-ass nesting rules in the .css file because the ID is just natively a stronger selector.
