Can't edit or add anything in page edit mode -- Everythi

This has happened on a few pages. I'm pretty sure it has to do with some javascript conflicts. I have a module I created in module builder. I place the module and choose the custom template I've created. Then I publish. I go back in to edit the page and all editing related interface items are disabled --The text 'edit' and more is no longer next to the pencil icon or down arrow and clicking on them does nothing. I can't drag out new widgets. I can't event 'go back to pages'. 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey Lilia the current problem is on a Development server that isn't connected to the internet so I'm not sure how you'd like me to give you access to our site.  Also if it were connected how would I send you access? Certainly not in forum post...? Do I call and give it to someone? or what? Thanks. We have sent you our development sites by FTP if that would work. Let me know. Thanks!

What was the solution?

Allready tried to replace RadScriptManager in master.page

to:

 <asp:ScriptManager ID="ScriptManager1" runat="server"></asp:ScriptManager>
        <sf:ResourceLinks id="resourcesLinks" runat="server">
<sf:ResourceFile JavaScriptLibrary="JQuery" />
</sf:ResourceLinks>​

And it still doen't work....

I just solved this doing everithing I have already done before plus:

removing: <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="/widgets/banners/rotator/js/jquery.js"></script>

from a user control that I have....

Duarte, how did you reference your jquery script afterwards because I also have the same problem which only occurs when I reference the jquery script which is required.
