Sitefinity 5.4 Editing Controls Missing

Howdy,

I'm new to Sitefinity, so of course, my first task was to upgrade one of our deployments from SF 5.1 to 5.4. I followed the upgrade instructions, and everything looked good on my development box. But, when I deployed the upgraded site to our production server the editing controls disappeared. (See attached screenshot).

I think the error is a result of the following script being called from the Property Parser, which returns an error to the browser (the actual hostname has been removed to protect the innocent):

hostname.com/Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd

Any ideas?

You can check a couple things:

1. Since you mentioned that the problem reproduces after deployment, make sure you go through all IIS and server settings on this page particularly make sure you have all correct mappings :

2. If you're viewing the page through IE, IE has a limitation and it doesn't load more than 30 css files. This could be causing the problem.
