I've followed the instructions http://www.sitefinity.com/documentation/documentationarticles/installation-and-administration-guide/system-settings/configuring-ldap-settings

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might try? Is there a log somewhere I can look at to see if it's even attempting to negotiate a connection to the active directory server we setup? Right now it comes back immediately with the error saying the user name/password combination is invalid.

Any suggestions/help would be really appreciated! I've attached images of the various setup screens.

Hi James,

Thank you for contacting us.

Would it be possible to go to the App_Data/Sitefinity/Logs folder, delete all the files there and try using the LDAP provider again. The generated files will contain information regarding the underlying issue.

Your configurations look correct. Not populating any users  from the LDAP leads me points to an error, which should be logged in the error logs.

We figured this out yesterday. In my case there was an issue with 1 server not being able to talk to another. As well as 1 of the "Root distinguished name" properties was wrong. (thanks for the reply though!)
