Problem with logging in using Sitefinity Lightning

When I attempt to log into my site running Sitefinity v. 6.1.4300 Small Business Edition using the Standard Login, I get an error message regarding an unknown error.

When I attempt to log into my Sitefinity site using the Website Login, I am stuck in an infinity loop attempting to get the website dialog to actually log into the site.

At this point, I am completely helpless because the Web Back End is completely broken, therefore, preventing me from accessing the Digital Image Library nor can I access it through Sitefinity Lighning.
