Hello, all! I am new to Sitefinity 6.1, and I seem to be having trouble
creating a new page. I can navigate to the new page section, but when I

Hello Nicole,

People have reported similar errors, which turned out to be caused by some misconfigured elements.
I presume you're using a trial version, correct? Which edition are you trying out - is it Standard, Professional or other?

How many pages do you currently have and does this error occur with only one of them or all?

Information about what widgets you have on that page would help, as well as if you have set any permissions over them.

Hi Grisha,

I had selected the incorrect database when setting up the project. It's always the small things.

Thank you again for your help,
Nicole.

Hi,

I am having the same error while trying to add any content and I have given the correct database name.
Please help!

Hi Aditya,

In order for me to be able to provide a good solution, I'd need to know more about your project and how to reproduce the problem.

What Sitefinity version are you running and what edition? Are you running this through IIS or through the built-in server inside the project manager? Does this error occur on one specific page or over all of them? Did this error start occurring at some specific moment or was it there since you installed Sitefinity?

Looking forward to your reply!
