No one reply on bugs or issues ? is there no support or help

i have posted there a issue at last time but could not get any response from anyone no one helped,
still no response then i had solved my issue my self, now again posted a issue, but still no response ??
i think this will be solved by me also !

My experience is that the forum is for community discussions and a response is not guaranteed. You'd best submit a support ticket to be sure to get a response from the Telerik team.
