synced language variants and duplicate urls

Hey,

I've got a synced page with the following proper urls:

/nl/winkel/producten for Dutch
/de/shop/produkte for German

Yet both the following urls are accessible /de/winkel/producten and /nl/shop/produkte while they're not defined and have explicit different urls.

Is there anyway to stop this from happening or get proper 301's so they'll point to the proper page?
