System.net dll

The instructions for upgrading from 5.4 to 6.1 state to add a system.net reference to the references. This dll is not available in the bin. I created a new project to see whether it would be in the bin but its not. Please advice.

Where is this answer? A search engine brought me to this thread. Sounds like the problem I am having, however this thread says it was answered in another thread. Where? ug..

Hello,

You can Right click on References. Select Add reference. On the left menu select Assemblies, Framework.
There you can see the System.Net assembly.
